The Ronald McDonald House at Nemours Children’s Hospital provides a ‘home away from home’ for families with children undergoing medical treatments in Central Florida.

Phase I of the project included new construction of a three-story, 21,900-sq.-ft. facility featuring 15 guest suites, a large kitchen and dining room, laundry facilities, family gathering rooms, reception and lobby, playroom, community gathering room, healing gardens and a playground.

Upon the project's completion in Spring 2016, Orlando became only the sixth city in the country with three or more Ronald McDonald Houses.

Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Central Florida finds, creates, and supports programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children and families. Its cornerstone program, the Ronald McDonald House®, provides a home away from home for families with children receiving treatment at hospitals and medical facilities in Orlando.
