This medical office building was the first to be completed for NorthBay Healthcare as it expands facilities in Northern California. The project consisted of a 35,000-sq.-ft., 2-story core and shell building and included 27,887-sq.-ft. of tenant build-out on an approximately 3-acre site in Fairfield, adjacent to NorthBay's Green Valley Administration Building. The new building houses Health at Home, Hospice & Bereavement, and GI specialties, as well as a Center for Primary Care.
Project Scope
DPR, as the primary contractor, provided preconstruction services, including cost estimating, extensive value management/alternative analysis, equipment procurement, subcontractor procurement, preparation of bid packages, bidding and buyout, and subcontractor evaluation/award to keep the project on time and on budget.
