The Kaiser Center Lobby project was renovations of an existing two-story lobby, while the building remained fully operational to 2,000 occupants. The project includes a new grand staircase, café, building office, conference center and shower amenities. The new lobby includes all finishes, new mechanical systems, new sprinklers and new exterior plaza, seating, drive aisle and exterior landscaping.
