Hospital Corporation of America Frisco Medical Office Building and Garage | Frisco, TX

This Frisco, TX project includes a 150,000-sq.-ft., five-story core and shell medical office building to house an internal ambulatory surgical center and a four-story, 597-space parking garage for Health Corporations of America (HCA). Additional women’s services and doctors’ groups will build their offices throughout the building and ASC will perform outpatient surgeries. Construction also includes a sky bridge connection from the existing hospital across the street to the new hospital, allowing doctors to perform clinicals and make rounds at the hospital more efficiently.
