Greenville County New Administration Building | Greenville, SC

This iconic gateway project is the first new building on a 40-acre downtown redevelopment in Greenville, SC. The 6-story, 250,000-sq.-ft. office building will consist of 2 interconnected buildings housing County Administration, Courts, and Council Chambers as well as support services and retail options for visitors.

Designed in combination by Foster & Partners and Nelson and dubbed "Project Window" during planning and design, the building envelope is almost entirely curtainwall and has multiple exterior terraces to make the building a focal point of the development, a draw for public visitors, and a healthy workplace for County Employees.
