This modern 296,189-sq.-ft. apartment complex consists of eight stories above grade, including 208 residential units and ground floor retail space, over three floors of below grade parking totaling 94,896-sq.-ft. The building features an entertainment suite, business center, on-site leasing office, fitness area, and an outdoor courtyard.
The team was faced with extremely difficult site logistics due to neighboring construction and the urban location; the site is bordered by Interstate 5 to the north, Highway 163 running east and west of the building, and State Route 94 to the south. In addition, the project was built within the confines of the curbs; the city did not permit closure of traffic lanes around the building. Despite these challenges, DPR completed the project ahead of schedule. The project also received a Gold Nugget Award for Outstanding High-Rise Apartment, and the San Diego International Chapter American Concrete Institute Residential High-Rise Award
