Building Great Things in Silicon Valley

DPR Construction Santa Clara Office | Santa Clara, CA

DPR’s new Santa Clara office is more than a workplace—it’s a destination for innovation, sustainability and collaboration. We're excited to welcome our teams and partners into a space that reflects our commitment to building great things and great relationships.

A Bold New Chapter for DPR in Silicon Valley

DPR Construction has transformed the iconic wedge-shaped building on Patrick Henry Drive into a dynamic hub for innovation, collaboration, and sustainability. This 113,702-sq.-ft. facility is the new home for DPR’s Silicon Valley office. Housing regional and corporate operations for DPR Construction, as well as our family of companies, GPLA, OES and EIG, the new building includes a cutting-edge Prefabrication Assembly Facility (PAF)—doubling our prefabrication capacity in the Bay Area and enabling us to deliver smarter, faster projects across the West Coast.

Designed for People, Built for Possibility

The new space features 68,160 sq. ft. of open office areas, over 30 conference rooms, three coffee and snack zones, and an outdoor work area—all designed to spark collaboration and creativity. This isn’t just an office; it’s a Living Lab, where we showcase innovative building methods, materials, and processes that clients can explore for their own forward-thinking projects.

Innovation at the Core

Our Prefabrication Assembly Facility spans 45,542 sq. ft., supporting drywall, doors, frames, hardware, acoustic ceiling tiles, and more. This expansion reflects DPR’s commitment to efficiency and quality, powered by the expertise of our self-perform teams and partners like EIG, vConstruct, VueOps, and OES.

The new office consolidates DPR’s Redwood City, San Jose, and SPW operations under one roof—creating a unified, high-energy environment for collaboration and growth.

Setting a New Standard for Sustainability

This project is more than a renovation—it’s a statement of DPR’s values. The Silicon Valley office is designed to achieve Net-Zero Energy (NZE), LEED Gold, WELL Gold, and, for the first time at DPR, Net Zero Carbon certification.

We’ve incorporated sustainable solutions like mass timber construction and a low-carbon concrete mix developed with GPLA and our SPW teams. This mix uses fly ash, slag, and captured CO₂ to reduce embodied carbon by 38% compared to industry averages—equivalent to removing 277 cars from the road for a year or offsetting 1,357 acres of forest.

A Workplace That Inspires

From the start, our design team focused on three guiding principles—Celebrate the Work, A Place for Everybody, and Safety, Productivity, Delight. The result? A purpose-driven design that weaves together office and fabrication spaces, connected by a soaring three-story atrium and outdoor work areas. Natural daylight floods the entire facility, reducing environmental impact while creating a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for our teams.

Honoring the Past Building the Future

The building, originally constructed in 1980 for Dysan Corporation and later occupied by Apple, holds a special place in DPR’s history. In the early 1990s, DPR completed one of its first projects here—a remodel of several conference rooms. Today, we’re proud to breathe new life into this landmark as we shape the future of construction in Silicon Valley.
