At the Bupyeong campus, Digital Edge’s SEL2 and SEL3 buildings add significant capacity and strengthen the company’s ability to support growing demand in this key digital gateway location.

• SEL2 delivers approximately 39,800 square meters of gross floor area with an IT load capacity of 36MW
• SEL3 expands the campus with approximately 45,600 square meters of gross floor area and an additional 60MW IT load capacity

Together, SEL2 and SEL3 form a scalable, multi-phase hyperscale campus designed to support evolving tenant requirements, enable efficient operations, and accommodate long-term growth.

DPR Asia supported both SEL2 and SEL3 across multiple phases, delivering services aligned with each project’s requirements:

• SEL2: Technical Due Diligence, Feasibility Studies, and Project Management services, from early-stage site evaluation through design and construction
• SEL3: Project Management and Cost Management Services supporting ongoing delivery 

Across both projects, DPR serves as the Owner’s Representative, working on behalf of the client to support delivery and coordinate stakeholders, ensuring technical solutions are aligned with project objectives set by Digital Edge and keeping projects on track.

DPR’s delivery approach focuses on adaptability and performance, supporting the execution of complex, mission-critical data center developments. Leveraging digital tools and advanced methodologies, including BIM coordination, prefabrication strategies, and laser scanning, DPR enhanced coordination, reduced risk, and improved efficiency across complex building systems.

For SEL3, enhanced Cost Management capabilities further support target cost control, procurement strategy, and commercial alignment, ensuring efficient delivery within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

Together, SEL2 and SEL3 form a hyperscale campus delivering up to 96MW of IT capacity in one of South Korea’s most strategic connectivity hubs.
