Our Local PM & QS Experience
Since 2011, DPR has provided a range of consulting services to developers and contractors, and have collaborated with local general contractors in Korea. Our extensive experience and in-depth understanding of the local market and customers have greatly contributed to innovating the Korean construction industry.
Our services extend outside the borders of Korea by providing support to customers who are expanding in other locations. We will act as your bridge to fill in the gaps e.g. Korean business practices and construction methodologies and ensure alignment among the Korea-based teams and overseas teams.
Our Local PM & QS Team
DPR's team in Korea is comprised of capable individuals with years of industry experience and have worked together on multiple projects. They are experienced in both design and construction stages and are experts in estimating and cost control with construction background.
All team members are fully bilingual (Korean and English), have full support from DPR global sponsors (based in Korea, the United States, and Europe), and have experience with both local and international clients.
