DPR performed the core and shell construction of a 70,000-sq.-ft., three-story, Class A office building with below-grade parking for up to 65 cars. The project was completed in two phases and required the removal of the existing two-story building to redevelop the entire site. The second phase consisted of the re-skin and core improvements of the adjacent four-story building to complement the phase one building.
The project is pursuing LEED-NC gold certification. Local construction is represented by Cruzan|Monroe, and the design team included Gensler, Burkett&Wong, McParlane & Associates, and Michael Wall Engineering.
