Confidential Technology Client Tenant Improvement | Austin, TX

The latest phase of their Austin headquarters, DPR performed a complete tenant improvement of the existing warm shell building. The scope includes three floors of office spaces with open work spaces, conference rooms, closed offices, micro kitchens and breakrooms. First floor renovation includes lobby, bistro/restaurant and a multi-use auditorium.

Work was phased to accommodate users (occupied during construction). The DPR project team increased control and improved this project's schedule by utilizing the following Self-Perform Work groups: Drywall, Division 10 and Division 7.
