Confidential Risk Services Client Interior Renovation | Lake Mary, FL

This project consisted of complete demolition and renovation of approximately 18,200-sq.-ft. commercial office space for a confidential risk services client in Lake Mary, Florida. The work included all new finishes with open concept office space, various sized huddle and meeting rooms, a wellness room, a unisex restroom, café, and training room. This project took place on the fourth floor of an occupied building with multiple tenants on the third floor, requiring access and coordination of below deck activities such as plumbing and electrical. Due to the active campus environment, the level of communication with surrounding tenants, the building manager and the client was critical to the success of the project.
