Details

This new facility takes advantage of an open ceiling design and includes several large video conference meeting rooms, a large multipurpose training room, and a proper mix of small offices and dedicated phone rooms. This facility provides the staff with a kitchen and café style break area to accommodate their dining needs. To ensure the continuity of operations during adverse times, a dedicated backup generator and large fuel storage tank have been incorporated.

Two existing buildings on site were demolished, and these areas were re-designed to provide the staff with additional parking for the new facility. To ensure years of additional use out of the facility, a site-wide asphalt overlay, and new curb and striping package was provided. This project also included a large Site Improvements package consisting of a pond expansion, a new chain-link fence, as well as new landscaping and irrigation along the entire perimeter of the property.
