Project Scope
The building contains fully redundant back-up systems for electric, water, telecom, and mechanical systems that can support the stated 30 days continuous independent operation. The design requirements give emphasis to the construction of a building equipped with redundant systems and capable infrastructure, which will ensure operation continuity under Category 5 hurricanes.
