The new Medical Office Building is thoughtfully designed to bring a wide range of specialized care under one roof, enhancing convenience and access for patients. The first floor welcomes visitors with a state-of-the-art phlebotomy suite, an orthopedic clinic and essential building support spaces. Upstairs, dedicated floors house leading-edge neurosurgery, interventional neuro, pain management, and cardiology, thoracic, vascular and neurology services—each supported by future-ready exam rooms and clinical areas designed for growth. The top two floors are shelled, ensuring flexibility for future expansion as community needs evolve. This strategic layout not only supports world-class care today but also positions Broward Health to adapt and expand for the patients of tomorrow.

About The Project

This is a new, six-story, 114,000-sq.-ft. Medical Office Building (MOB) featuring cardiovascular, neuroscience and orthopedic services, along with an enclosed mechanical penthouse. This expansion serves as a key milestone in Broward Health’s growth, enabling the organization to broaden its physician network and enhance services, ultimately improving care and accessibility for the greater community in Deerfield Beach.

The campus includes surface parking, patient drop-off, ambulette drop-off, generator and dumpster enclosure, and a loading zone.

Located in a coastal area prone to high winds, the building is designed to withstand hurricane-force gusts of up to 170 mph. All windows and glass openings are equipped with protective features to safeguard against wind-borne debris, in compliance with Florida Building Code requirements.
