Complete renovation of a single story 25,000 sq.-ft. pre-cast and steel-framed building for use as an outpatient medical facility. The building program includes Outpatient Imaging, Urgent Care, Women’s Center, BayCare Medical Group Primary Care and Pediatrics and shell space for future BMG expansion and third-party tenant fit-out. Outpatient Imaging included the installation of significant diagnostic equipment, including a 1.5T MRI, CT Scan, RAD Fluoro and GEN RAD.
