Lifepoint UC Irvine Inpatient Rehab Hospital

The new, 4-story, 70,800 sf, 52-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital will serve patients who require rehabilitation following a stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury or similar medical problems. The project also includes one level of underground parking.

Lulu’s Place is an athletic and academic complex for Doug Kimmelman and the Kimmelman Family, the United States Tennis Association (USTA), TGR Foundation (A Tiger Woods Charity) and Winward Academy. The project contains tennis courts, multipurpose training amenities, a welcome center with offices for USTA, a high-performance player development facility, soccer fields, and associated site improvements. It is named after Doug’s late wife Carol ‘Lulu’ Kimmelman who was a lifelong tennis player and former public school elementary teacher.

L5 Laboratory Tenant Improvement

Within an existing occupied building, this tenant improvement is a research and development laboratory space on Level 5. The scope of work includes construction of general lab space, tissue culture rooms, -20 cold room, multiple lab support rooms and gowning rooms. Additionally, the scope includes associated MEP infrastructure both within the space and at the rooftop to support laboratory functions.
