Across the U.S.

Last summer, students working at DPR projects across the U.S. sent in their best shots during an annual intern photo contest. The winning photo was taken by Blake Keller at a project in Southern California.

Austin, TX

In 2021, DPR hit two major milestones for two landmark towers in Austin: Topping out at a 35-story Class A office tower nestled on the coastline of Lady Bird Lake, and completing the LEED Platinum Indeed Tower, the city’s tallest office property.

Clemson, SC

The Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University was designed by LS3P and LMN Architects as a think tank environment for social and intellectual interaction. DPR built the five-story, 176,000-sq.-ft. facility, doubling the space of the former College of Business.

Davis, CA

The new Shasta Hall at UC Davis opened a year early in September 2021, thanks to schedule savings during construction. DPR teamed up with HKS, Inc. on this design-build, ground-up housing complex that used prefabricated components.

Dallas-Fort Worth, TX

DPR is partnering again with Texas Oncology to build a new facility in the Metroplex, with architects Corgan and E4H. The project is slated for completion in 2022.

Las Vegas, NV

DPR helped assemble a coalition of contractors and labor unions to engage the U.S. Department of Labor in supporting workforce development programs as well as comprehensive immigration reform for workers in the construction trades. The coalition met with U.S. Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh in September of last year.

“Seeing this group together is a great start,” said Secretary Walsh. “Labor and business should not wait for local governments to take action. Instead, we should work together to lead and support these programs themselves in the markets where they are needed.”

Mesa, AZ

DPR is kicking off phase 1 of a new greenfield development for Meta's multi-data center campus. When complete in late 2023, the campus will encompass nearly 1 million sq. ft.

Nashville, TN

The Nashville Warehouse Co. development is one of the city's first mass timber projects. Designed by Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture, DPR led construction of the development, which is slated for completion in 2022.

Phoenix, AZ

Last September, DPR celebrated the topping out of Mayo Clinic’s new patient tower designed by HKS, Inc. The tower is connected to the existing hospital by a cantilevered bridge at each floor, along with an underground tunnel.

Richmond, VA

The Children’s Hospital of Richmond at Virginia Commonwealth University celebrated the topping out of a new 16-story “Wonder Tower.” Built by DPR and designed by HKS, Inc., the tower will be complete in Spring 2023.
