In his role as the Meta Operations lead, he helps to ensure we continuously improve our execution of projects by supporting relationships with trade partners and teams and understanding the resources needed as we embrace safe and positive change.
Growing up on a small farm in LaGrange, Texas, as a third-generation plumber, Michael cannot remember ever wanting to do anything else but build. He prioritizes team success over personal recognition and remains deeply committed to DPR’s mission to become one of the most admired companies by 2030. Focusing on long-term vision and strategy to support teams with empathy, his goal is to always lead with integrity and decisiveness. He embraces change, fosters innovation and invests in the growth and development of our teams to create an environment where everyone can succeed. When he’s not working, Michael enjoys spending time outdoors and experiencing new things with his family.
