Jay Stoda

Helping to lead DPR's Southeast Region, Jay has spent the better part of two decades working in preconstruction, where he uses his planning expertise to setup success for highly complex, technical projects and the teams who build them. He has worked across the United States, starting in Atlanta in 2007 before moving to the San Francisco Bay Area for a large-scale hospital project. In 2014, he returned to the Southeast to lead preconstruction services in Raleigh-Durham and then across the region. He also led preconstruction on the $63 million VCU Community Memorial Replacement Hospital in South Hill, VA, and served as the Business Unit Leader in Richmond for three years, where he helped build a strong employee and customer base.
