Bonnie Lee partners with teams across DPR to help transform how projects are delivered through innovative prefabrication strategies. As the Prefabrication Integration Leader, she supports the team in leveraging the best prefab solutions on every project, improving safety, enhancing schedule predictability, and increasing confidence amid an evolving and often unpredictable supply chain.

Since joining DPR in 2022, Bonnie has focused on helping teams bring clarity and structure to complex challenges. She is deeply passionate about prefabrication as a means to create safer environments for craft professionals while driving efficiency and collaboration across the construction process. Her work centers on aligning teams, processes and solutions to ensure prefabrication delivers real value for both clients and project partners.

Bonnie is known for her ability to create order out of chaos. Having led construction and design teams for more than a decade at high‑growth startups, she brings a unique talent for scaling teams and processes while remaining adaptable in rapidly changing environments. Colleagues describe her as someone who can hear the signal through the noise, guide teams with confidence, and foster collaboration rooted in trust and respect.

A graduate of Penn State University, Bonnie was drawn to construction by the opportunity to leave a tangible mark on the world while working alongside people from all walks of life. She strongly believes in DPR’s Ever Forward core value, seeing it as essential in an industry that must continue to evolve through collaboration and innovation. One of her guiding principles is treating everyone as if they are your customer—listening deeply, staying curious and recognizing that there is something to learn from everyone.

Outside of work, Bonnie enjoys practicing yoga, traveling the world and trying new foods in every city she visits. A former collegiate athlete, she brings the same discipline, teamwork and enthusiasm to her professional life—and is always ready to embrace the next challenge.
