Becky Chahal brings a people-centered, solutions-focused approach to every project and relationship she supports. Steady and team-driven, she is motivated by developing others and fostering collaboration. In her role as DPR’s Northwest Operations Leader, Becky works with teams across the region to implement best-in-class project execution and create consistent experiences for customers. Her focus is on teaching, empowering and enabling people to build healthy teams and establish efficient processes that result in predictable and high-quality outcomes.
Becky’s interest in building began with her grandfather, a carpenter who introduced her to the craft and inspired her curiosity about how structures take shape. That early influence guided her to Purdue, where she studied Construction Engineering Management and discovered an industry that blends technical challenge, problem solving and team leadership. She values the way construction brings people together and takes pride in contributing to projects that create meaningful impacts for communities and the customers they serve.
At DPR, Becky is known for rolling up her sleeves and working side by side with teams to solve complex problems and strengthen execution across the Northwest. She partners with project leaders to align expectations, improve processes and support consistent delivery across diverse project types. She values the opportunity to learn from every project and customer and believes that collaboration is what transforms ideas into meaningful outcomes.
Outside of work, Becky spends her time with her family and enjoys activities that take her outdoors. She coaches youth softball, enjoys outdoor adventures, and loves baking with her children.
