Located in Midtown, Atlanta’s new technology hub, this Technology Center, built for a Health Insurance Company, is a 21-story, 350,000-sq.-ft. Class A office tower including a 7.5 level, 563-space parking garage, ground floor main lobby and retail spaces.

The tower for this Fortune 50 health insurance provider, developed by Portman Holdings, created 3,000 jobs for IT professionals in the healthcare industry. Amenities are abundant and state-of-the art including a 6,000-sq.-ft. innovation center, 4,000-sq.-ft. fitness center, a catering prep kitchen, a grab 'n' go café and exterior amenity spaces on the 8th and 16th levels that feature green spaces for collaboration and relaxation.

Situated next to Midtown Atlanta’s Coda at Technology Square, a 750,000-sq.-ft. office tower for anchor tenant Georgia Tech, and offering colocation space for other leading-edge technology firms, this Technology Center further solidifies Atlanta as a growing epicenter for innovation. With convenient access to public transportation and an urban appeal, the tower serves as the insurance provider's IT hub.
