This relocation project includes 242,000 sq. ft. of interior tenant improvements in three existing office towers, totaling 12 floors. It also includes approximately 9,000 sq. ft. of dry labs, 11,000 sq. ft of server rooms, 8,300 sq. ft. of fitness center, and an 18,000-sq.-ft. café with a kitchen and dining area.

The scope also includes a 13,500 sq. ft. state-of-the-art Executive Briefing Center with high-end design elements and finishes. The Executive Briefing Center includes telepresence room (which means the use of virtual reality technology to allow participation in distant events), several conference rooms, and reception area.

The project was extremely fast-tracked and had to be completed within a very compressed schedule. One of the team's solutions to the schedule challange was to break the project into three phases due to permitting. The team completed the project within 12 weeks, which includes 2 weeks of demolition, as well as incorporating additional owner changes.

This project was truly an example of building smarter, faster, and better.
