Wake Technical Community College Health Sciences 2 Parking Deck | Raleigh, North Carolina

The Health Sciences 2 Parking Deck was designed to a 100-year standard and features some complex systems for achieving this objective. The parking facility is a cast-in-place, post-tensioned deck comprised of 185,000 sq. ft. It accommodates 518 cars on its six floors.

This project includes numerous sustainability features which the university plans to use towards LEED certification of a future academic building connected to the parking deck.
