This new softball facility will serve the University of Texas at Austin Campus and support the athletic needs of its students. The primary components of the new addition and renovation include 3,135-sq.-ft. renovated interior space, 18,400-sq.-ft. additional space (interior and exterior) to which holds a 5,425-sq.-ft. indoor Player Development Center and Pitching Lab.

In addition, the space will have team locker rooms, a lounge, a meeting room, training rooms, treatment rooms, a hydrotherapy area, equipment storage space, and coaches' offices. Other components include the main entrance, lobby, and recruiting areas, dugout extension, bullpen, and supporting spaces.
