The California State Lottery replaced nine of its leased district offices and its southern distribution center with new, owned facilities, and contracted DPR for construction of the office projects. The Santa Fe Springs district office was the first of nine to be completed and consisted of a 13,000-sq.-ft. tenant improvement to an existing warehouse that features office space and a public lobby in addition to the warehouse space. This project, which is under review for LEED certification and Zero Net Energy, contains skylights, car charging stations and roof-mounted photovoltaic panels.
