DPR completed this office tenant improvement in two phases for a software company in an existing, occupied facility in Queen Anne. The scope of work involved demolition of the existing ceiling and flooring, adding new walls and storefronts, new electrical/teledata systems and a new IDF closet. The new office space is approximately 5,000 sq. ft. and includes open and private offices and conferences rooms with views of the Space Needle and Elliott Bay.
