Eric Mower and Associates Charlotte Tenant Improvement | Charlotte, NC

DPR built out Eric Mower and Associates new space on the 3rd floor of the new Portman Building at 615 S College Street in Uptown Charlotte. The inviting space includes private offices, collaboration spaces, an open office environment, a kitchen with an adjacent living room area, a print room, and large multi-function training rooms. To facilitate the unique space, DPR self-performed metal stud framing, drywall, specialty paint, and wall cladding work. All furniture, including low height cubicles, was built as part of DPR's scope of work.

The space was designed to maintain an industrial feel and required creative use of materials and space including concrete floors and exposed ceilings. The uptown location, conveniently located on the Lynx light rail line, boasts sweeping views of the Charlotte skyline including Bank of America Stadium, home of the Carolina Panthers.
