This project consisted of a full renovation to an existing 2-story atrium space including 26,639-sq.-ft. of reconstruction, with a net building area increase of 8,888-sq.-ft.

Work included all associated landscape, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing improvements.

This project earned LEED Platinum for New Construction.
