Brookfield Properties - Project Management Office at 2 Houston Center | Houston, TX

Brookfield Properties' new Project Management Office was an aggressive build-out of premier space within 2 Houston Center, in which they are the property owner. Brookfield partnered with well-known tenant interior architect PDR to design, and DPR Construction to build a truly unique space where budget, schedule and quality were paramount to the overall success. The project featured a new lobby/reception area, kitchen, break area, IT / server rooms, new Agile DIRTT wall demountable glass conference rooms, offices, restrooms and high-end finishes. The project also includes significant mechanical and electrical system upgrades to serve the sizeable open office atrium space. DPR self-performed the following services: demolition, concrete, framing, ceilings, paint, doors, frame and hardware.

DPR, PDR, Walter P. Moore, and IA Naman were able to successfully work in partnership to mitigate COVID-19 supply chain impacts and provide the highest quality product for Brookfield Properties to showcase to future clients and building tenants.
