Front desk and hallway Houston Office | Houston, TX

DPR was recommended by Savills Studley to a major technology client,, to build-out their new 25,000-sq.-ft. office in Houston. This is the company's first office outside of the San Francisco Bay area, a strategic expansion to scale their operations outside of Palo Alto to Houston, a city with an educated, tech-ready workforce.

The project features 240 work stations, nine conference rooms, seven telephone rooms, and four offices. The perimeter work stations are separated from the core offices and conference rooms by a sealed concrete race track, which wraps around the entire space. A distinguishing feature of the work was the aesthetic renewal of existing partitions by installing aluminum framing and glass storefronts to accommodate the Owner's overall budget while also providing a modern era design for the new wave of technology energy.

To accommodate the Owner's schedule of five weeks, DPR self-performed the following services: Demolition, Drywall, Millwork, Paint, FF&E Install, Doors, Frame and Hardware.

Office training room with screens and long tables
Open office floor with windows and numerous workstations with computers
Office reception area with word mural, desk and seating area.
Office kitchen/break area with tables and chairs and large windows
Office conference room with table and green chairs and screen enclosed by glass
