DPR Construction, Inc., a forward-thinking national commercial general contractor and construction manager, announces the recent completion of the new 70,000-sq.-ft. Jack in the Box® Innovation Center, which features kitchens, laboratories and 35,000 sq. ft. of office space. Located on Spectrum Center Blvd. in San Diego, the 11-month project included ground-up construction of the two-story, steel-framed facility, tenant improvements and surrounding site work.
Serving as the general contractor for the project, DPR worked closely with the owner; construction manager, Project Management Advisors, Inc.; and architect, Conwell Shonkwiler Architects, as well as Neal Electric, Comfort Systems (Mechanical and Plumbing), R.W. Smith (Kitchen Equipment) and Sunset Glazing.
"This has been a very exciting project for the entire construction team," said Eric Cusick, project manager for DPR Construction. "All the parties involved were focused on building this state-of-the-art facility for our favorite fast-food icon, Jack. We know he'll like his new kitchens and offices."
