Old World Trade, New World Practices

Florida, New Mexico, North Carolina, Tennessee and Utah.

What do these states have in common? All are states in which we have projects currently under construction but not regional offices. This is just one example of how, over the past nine years, we have branched out and established a reputation as a national contractor, able to provide quality service in new cities across the country.

As we have grown, with 13 regional offices in nearly every major technology center in the U.S., so have our customers and so have their needs. Projects have grown increasingly more challenging, while construction schedules have become shorter. Customers are also expanding, covering a broader geographical area than they have in the past. To meet the ever-changing demands of our customers - whether it is a large national client or a smaller regional business - we are continuously measuring our programs and implementing strategies for improvement.

Driving change through the use of technology has always been a DPR hallmark. From the start, we embraced new systems and software to further advance and enhance traditional construction practices.

Our Web-based collaboration center has evolved into a true “clearinghouse for innovative ideas,” where individuals share information, techniques and experiences with one another and our ever-expanding network of professionals, crafts people, subcontractors and suppliers. This cumulative expertise and resource network offers our national customers, such as Equinix, Level 3, MCI Worldcom, Motorola, Schwab, CarrAmerica and Panattoni, the highest level of service for multiple projects in any city.

The Internet has revolutionized the way we do business, and we are still just beginning to see where the information super highway may take us. But whichever path we choose to take, we know that we are equipped with the knowledge, experience and people power to build the projects of the future and continue to redefine the traditional world of construction.
