New Patient Tower

DPR is partnering with SmithGroup on this progressive design-build, 275,000 sq. ft., 140-bed new Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) I hospital tower. The project site is a 40 acre “green field” and scope includes 18 acres of site development and 32 acres of master planning for future Medical Office Buildings and Hospital Support Buildings. This will be DPR SoCal’s first design-build, OSHPD patient tower.

Butts-Mehre Renovation and Addition

This design-build, multi-phase renovation and expansion project to Butts-Mehre Heritage Hall includes: locker rooms, sports medicine, strength and conditioning, team and position meeting rooms, coaches and support staff offices, equipment management, team nutrition areas, team and recruitment event space. The project both extends and compliments the aesthetics already established with Heritage Hall and the adjacent Payne Indoor Athletic Facility, previously built by DPR.

Rosslyn City Center involves the interior refurbishment and exterior redevelopment of 1700 N. Moore St. in the Rosslyn neighborhood of Arlington, VA. The development includes refurbishment and reconfiguration of interior retail and office space and the façade replacement of the lower three levels of the office tower. Structural demolition and infill of existing concrete slabs is required for the relocation of an escalator and installation of a new elevator.
