Four DPR Leaders Step into New Roles

Since its founding, DPR has worked to establish a company that provides people with the opportunity to continuously learn and grow. Twenty years later, it is with great pleasure that DPR formally announces the elevation of four long-standing employees who are taking on new levels of responsibility and helping to shape the future of DPR.

ROCKY MOSS, NATIONAL SPECIAL SERVICES GROUP LEADER

DPR has always been dedicated to serving customers’ needs—large and small. Rocky Moss, who joined DPR in 1991 as a project manager and became the San Francisco office regional manager in 2000, is now leading DPR’s National Special Services Group (SSG), which focuses on customers’ smaller project needs. Moss will be working with DPR offices across the country to enhance services for these complex, quick-hitting, small projects.

MIKE HUMPHREY, REGIONAL MANAGER OF DPR’S SAN FRANCISCO OFFICE

Mike Humphrey began his construction career in 1992 as an intern on DPR’s first ground-up project. Humphrey has continued to grow with the company, serving as a project manager, preconstruction manager, part of the San Francisco Regional Management Team and, now, regional manager of DPR’s San Francisco office.

JIM WASHBURN, DPR INNOVATION CHAMPION

Who better to lead DPR’s Innovation Group than Jim Washburn, who has been with DPR since its inception in 1990 and has served as regional manager in Southern California since 1999. In his new role, Washburn will be working closely with DPR regional offices to accelerate innovative ideas and initiatives on a national level.

DAVE SEASTROM, REGIONAL MANAGER OF DPR SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

Dave Seastrom, who joined DPR in 2004, has proven to be a trusted leader and has done a tremendous job in driving operational excellence and business development efforts in Southern California. As regional manager of DPR Southern California, Seastrom will oversee DPR’s Pasadena and Newport Beach offices that serve customers throughout Los Angeles, Orange County and the Inland Empire.
