Breakthrough BioPharm Facility Tops Out in the Heart of Dallas

DPR Construction celebrated the topping of a landmark project for the Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company in Dallas, TX. Designed by Jacobs, a first-of-its-kind, the highly advanced fill-and-finish facility recently celebrated its topping out milestone, and through quality contributions by DPR’s self-perform work crews, is on track to be completed before the end of the year.

While DPR is no stranger to pharmaceutical manufacturing projects, the origin of this one is a bit different. Radiologist Dr. Alex Oshmyansky reached out to entrepreneur Mark Cuban with an idea to build a facility that will produce life-saving prescription medications accessible to all who need them at a tremendously lower cost than what was currently available. Their plan is now coming to life.
