Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center topped out a new six-story ICU tower, marking a milestone in a multi-year project that also includes a vertical expansion, 40 renovation projects and demolition of an existing tower.
Veterans Bridge Home, an organization supporting veterans transitioning to civilian life, celebrated the opening of a new lounge. More than a third of the project's craft team were veterans, and materials were also sourced from veteran-owned businesses.
DPR, Hilton, Gensler and Houston First successfully returned the Hilton flagship to its former glory, overcoming numerous impacts through solid teamwork to deliver the largest hotel guestroom renovation in the city’s history.

DPR is partnering with Digital Realty on its first data center in South Korea, which will span more than 161,000 sq. ft., rise 10 stories above ground and extend two stories below grade.
DPR topped out SRM Concrete’s new corporate headquarters, an 84,000-sq.-ft., five-story building that will include office space, a cafeteria, workout facility, and daycare.
