The Villages, FL | Building the largest hyperbaric medicine operation in the U.S.

DPR is building a first of its kind clinic for hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatment to improve the cognitive and physical performance of aging adults. The 30,000-sq.-ft. facility, which houses the largest hyperbaric medicine operation in the U.S., is located at the Center for Advanced Healthcare in The Villages, Florida. The project team engaged DPR’s VDC expertise early to ensure seamless MEP coordination. Once complete, the two 138,000-pound hyperbaric chambers will provide care for 1,200 clients annually. Atlanta, GA | Delivering highly technical, mission critical projects in the Southeast

Data center development has surged in the Atlanta metro area in recent years. DPR recently completed two major data center projects for clients in the burgeoning region; a signature data center project in Midtown Atlanta for leading enterprise-class data center provider Databank and a 70,000-sq.-ft. data center facility for Flexential on their Alpharetta campus.

Davis, CA | Breaking ground on a new complex at UC Davis

UC Davis broke ground on a new 100,000-sq.-ft. Teaching & Learning Complex that will serve future generations. DPR is building the modern and efficient classroom facility, which will include a unique dedicated laboratory to teach and explore emerging pedagogies. The project was designed by SmithGroup Architects and included input from staff and students.

Charlotte, NC | Creating a well-connected space in Charlotte

Work is progressing on 2151 Hawkins Street, a 16-level building with 298,600-sq.-ft. of Class A Office space in Charlotte’s trendy South End neighborhood. DPR is building this highly-connected project on a remediated brownfield site, which sits near pedestrian trails and a light rail system.

Richmond, VA | Developing a new children’s hospital at VCU Medical Center

DPR broke ground on the $350 million, state-of-the-art Children’s Hospital of Richmond at Virginia Commonwealth University, kicking off a four-year project to deliver a world-class facility dedicated exclusively to the care of kids. DPR’s scope of work includes ground-up construction of the new hospital tower as well as some renovation to an existing facility. As part of the initial project phase, DPR successfully erected a 900-ton crane on the busy downtown site.
