Working tirelessly to create an injury-free environment (IFE) for DPR and the entire construction industry, Rodney’s passion for safety and quality has led DPR to be one of the safest contractors in the nation--having one of the lowest incident rates year after year. Rodney’s vision has helped influence DPR’s safety culture, where safety is a value fostered and promoted by each employee. What Rodney loves most about construction is simply working with people who love to build. Thanks to him and the safety team, our builders go home safe each night.
