Jeremy Bartle

Jeremy Bartle is a solutions-driven leader who thrives on solving unique problems and finding better ways to build. As the Northwest Self-Perform Work (SPW) Leader, he supports DPR’s project and field teams while consistently pushing the boundaries of innovation. Whether he’s helping to improve self-perform work efficiency or better the work experience of those in the field, Jeremy enables teams to perform at their highest potential.

Jeremy found his love for building early, working summers as a union laborer on bridge projects. That hands-on experience showed him the satisfaction of seeing plans turn into reality, a lesson that continues to shape how he approaches his work today. Since joining DPR in 2007, he has remained committed to improving how teams build, always considering how technology can advance the construction industry and leaning into innovations that elevate DPR’s performance and efficiency.

Early in his career, he helped prototype a drywall layout robot, planting the seeds for broader adoption of innovative technology at DPR. He continues to be energized by collaborating with teams, staying close to the people doing the work, and implementing tools that make the building process safer, more efficient, and more rewarding.

Jeremy has worked on projects in all core markets, including the Joan and Sanford I. Weill Neurosciences Building, the UCSF Medical Center at Mission Bay, and the Janssen Pharmaceuticals R&D Consolidation Project.

Outside of work, Jeremy has always enjoyed traveling, golfing, and exploring great food and wine. However, most of his time these days is spent with his nine-month-old.
