In his role as Risk Management Leader, Fritz Hain aligns risk strategy with DPR’s values and long-term goals, while empowering the Risk team to stay deeply connected to project teams. Drawing on his diverse background in manufacturing, construction, and law, he encourages divergent thinking to explore challenges from multiple angles and identify practical solutions.
Under Fritz’s leadership, the Risk team partners closely with project and business leaders to anticipate risks early, make confident decisions, and strengthen outcomes across the company.
Fritz began in the trades as a sheet metal mechanic and electrical apprentice, later joining DPR as a project manager. After earning his law degree and gaining experience at NASA, several law firms, and in corporate law, he returned to DPR to bridge his operations and legal expertise in service of proactive, people-focused risk management.
