Candice Kucharzak

Candice Kucharzak helps connect teams across DPR with Core Market Leaders, Account Managers, Subject Matter Experts and other business leaders to drive strategic growth. As Leader of DPR’s Special Services Group (SSG), Candice brings a grounded, team-oriented perspective to her work, focusing on strategic alignment, continuous improvement and building lasting relationships. She values collaboration, clear communication and creating opportunities for others to grow. In her role, she cascades and implements company strategies, supports DPR’s metrics and measurements for project success and works to foster a culture of belonging.

Candice began her career as a geotechnical engineer before realizing she wanted to be part of the full construction process. After transitioning into general contracting, she discovered what she had been looking for: team camaraderie, hands-on problem-solving and the satisfaction of turning ideas into reality. Since joining DPR in 2018, she has worked across all five core markets while supporting both SSG and large-scale projects. Her project experience includes Modernizing Medicine Headquarters, USPI West Palm Beach Medical Office Building, CCRM Fertility IVF Clinic and Puttshack at Brickell City Center.

With a passion for helping the next generation discover how fulfilling a career in construction can be, Candice proudly sponsors DPR’s Women’s Employee Resource Group, Build(Her), working to break down biases and champion women in the industry.

Outside of work, Candice and her husband spend as much time as they can outdoors and on the water, from fishing in Alaska to swimming with whale sharks in Mexico.

• Best Vacation Spot: Just being in vacation mode is my favorite vacation spot. The best part of vacation mode is the deep appreciation felt for experiencing new places with different landscapes, cultures, foods and cherishing all the adventures along the way.
