Beth helps keep DPR’s people connected through clear, consistent and purpose-driven communication. As a Communications + Brand Leader, she partners with business leaders and teams across the company to make sure employees stay informed, inspired and aligned with DPR’s mission, values, goals and objectives.

She began her career in advertising and strategic publications at The Charlotte Observer before discovering a passion for community impact through nonprofit board service. That path led her to the construction industry, where she discovered work rooted in purpose and tangible results. Beth joined DPR in 2017 as employee number 13 in the Charlotte office, which has since grown into a thriving business unit of more than 500 people.

At DPR, Beth is known for her calm, strategic approach and her ability to connect people to the bigger picture. She brings curiosity, clarity and collaboration to every effort and takes pride in helping teammates feel more connected to their work and to each other. Her leadership has been recognized with honors including the ATHENA® Corporate Leadership Award, the American Advertising Federation’s Silver Medal Award and the George Williams Award from the YMCA of Greater Charlotte.

Outside of work, Beth enjoys time with her family and friends. She draws energy from morning workouts and evening walks with her husband, and she enjoys landscaping projects and trips to the North Carolina mountains.

  • Favorite DPR Core Value: Integrity. Doing the right thing, building trust, and showing up for others with honesty and heart is how I stay grounded.
  • What You Love About Construction: What I love about construction is the ability to point to something tangible and say, "we built that," especially when it’s a hospital or research facility that’s improving lives. There’s a deep sense of purpose in knowing the work we do will serve communities for generations.
  • Most Useful App:  Peloton is my go-to app, especially when I’m on the road.
  • Your Hero: My son is my hero. He’s shown incredible resilience and self-direction, shaping his life with intention and courage, even when the road hasn’t been easy. Watching him navigate challenges with strength and purpose is a constant source of inspiration.
