Ashley Towner

Ashley Towner brings clarity and consistency to DPR’s brand by supporting teams across the organization. As a Communications + Brand Leader, she oversees brand strategy, identity and standards that shape perceptions across all channels, both internally and externally. She leads a team that develops high-performing content, storytelling and creative assets aligned with business strategy. From supporting day-to-day creative needs to building long-term tools and systems, Ashley connects the dots across the organization to create a brand experience that reflects DPR’s values and purpose.

Ashley began her career in marketing and graphic design and entered the construction industry through event work. While she hadn’t planned on a career in construction, she quickly found herself drawn to the builder mindset and the people who take pride in solving complex challenges and delivering meaningful results.

At DPR, she finds energy in the variety of her work and the opportunity to shape how people experience the brand. Whether building systems, guiding creative direction or solving challenges across teams, she brings a design thinking approach to everything she does. Colleagues describe her as thoughtful, team-oriented and a trusted advisor. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, painting, crafting and dreaming up new home improvement projects.

• What You Love About Construction: I love how tangible it is. When I drive past some amazing building, I can say to my daughter, “We built that,” and tell the story of what it took to make that happen.
