Amy is a Risk Management Leader at DPR who oversees enterprise insurance and surety programs. Amy and her team advise operations on contractual and operational risks, guide decisions on insurance and surety products, support contract negotiations with clients and partners, and place and manage corporate and project-specific insurance programs for the enterprise. The team also manages insured claims within these programs.

Amy’s path into the construction and design industry began at her father’s architecture firm, where she worked in administrative roles during school. After becoming an attorney, she returned to the firm as in-house counsel and Director of Administration, gaining experience with design risks, compliance, contractual risk transfer and insurance. She later spent more than twelve years as in-house counsel and Director of Risk Management at a large construction company, focusing on insurance and surety for construction projects.

At DPR, Amy values the diversity of her role and the opportunity to continuously learn.

She enjoys problem solving and sharing her legal and insurance expertise, especially when people are working through complicated risks and decisions. She values working in a respectful environment where everyone has a voice and is focused on doing what is best.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys rowing, hiking, cooking, watching NCAA football and NBA basketball, taking exercise classes at the YMCA and spending time with her family.
