Location: Washington D.C., and Baltimore, MD
Education: Michigan State University

A recognized leader in commercial construction, construction management and operations, Adrienne Rosenbaum has been leading teams and projects for more than 25 years and currently serves as Co-Business Unit Leader in Washington DC and Baltimore. Her extensive experience as a project manager, project executive and, most recently, operations manager, provides DPR’s clients with unparalleled knowledge and expertise at every stage of the project lifecycle.

For Adrienne, building has been a calling for almost as long as she can remember. Her love for construction sparked at age 15 while stocking shelves for a hardware store in her hometown. She loved that experience and the idea of building anything and everything. That led to three summers as a land surveyor at a local civil engineering firm, setting grades and building corners. After high school she attended Michigan State University and earned dual bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering and Building Construction Management, while interning with a local commercial contractor. After graduation she worked at a major general contracting firm before joining DPR in 2011.

Adrienne finds joy in working with the smart, impressive and passionate people who support and care for one another while serving customers at DPR. Together with leadership teams, she helps solve difficult issues by asking questions and getting to the roots of problems. She thrives on helping teams navigate difficult situations and loves the variety of work where there’s “always a thinking process.” Adrienne is adept at understanding our customers’ priorities and knowing what is essential for their projects’ successes.

Adrienne resides in Washington, DC enjoying time with friends and family. When she’s not at work she’s either watching the Detroit Tigers or Lions, playing competitive tennis, or at one of her son or daughter's soccer matches.
