SurePods is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operator that is organized, detail oriented and have excellent team communications skills. Knowledge of warehouse activities, inventory systems, shipping, receiving, safe forklift operation and material handling will be critical for this role.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• None.

Reports to:

• Warehouse Manager.

Travel requirements:

• None.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Unload, inspect, accurately receive and stock incoming materials.

• Locate and kit materials daily as required by the production or shipment plan.

• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.

• Inspect machinery before each use for safety and maintenance purposes.

• Maintain updated records of inventory and activity logs.

• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.

• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facility.

• The ability to integrate into an existing team and foster a team oriented working environment.

• Proven experience as forklift operator.

• Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.

• Valid certification to operate forklifts.

• Additional duties as needed.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma preferred.

• Proficient in Excel and Outlook.

• Knowledge of QuickBooks is helpful but not required.

• Bilingual candidate preferred (Spanish).

Physical Requirements:

• This job involves the following physical demands: Walking, standing, bending, stretching, use of hands and fingers to hold, grasp, push, and lift items.

• Lifting requirements are generally up to 60 pounds.

• Environmental conditions involve limited outdoor work. Indoor work is generally warm during the summer months.

• Job responsibilities involve occasional use of cleaning chemicals.
