DPR Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a minimum of at least 10+ years of commercial construction experience for our Facebook Data Center project in Fort Worth, Texas.

The Project Manager will be integral to the leadership of the project and project team working closely with ALL members. Some responsibilities include:

Technical Builder: Master builder with MEP, SPW and technology skills

  • Procurement and Preconstruction: Leads and/or Supports the process
    • Coordination with Architect/Consultants

    • Constructability/Completeness Review
    • Value Engineering Management
    • Compare Plans vs. Specs vs. Basis of Design
    • Review Soils Report
    • Review New Issuance of Plans & Specifications

    • CCIP Feasibility Study from Willis
    • Financial Funnel generation/finalization
    • Ultimately responsible for building permit to be secured
  • Project Management: Leads and manages project controls and engineering
  • GMP / Final Estimate
    • Job Set-up Form - Request In Pipeline
    • Submit Invoice for Preconstruction
    • Submit Insurance & Bond to Owner
    • Secure Owner Contract / PO
    • Manually enter the estimate into CMIC rather than estimate dump
  • Risk Management
