How does a self-performing GC set the tone for safety culture in construction?
Lance: Well, I think the first benefit of partnering with a self-performing general contractor is just our safety culture. Our men and women in the field, they set the culture, they lead by example, and the subcontractors and trade partners see that buy-in and really follow along with what they're doing.
